Live Football Today Matches (“Application”) is provided “AS IS” by GrimcoApps Skyone (“Service Provider”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have.

Google Account Info: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google user ID, display name, email address, and profile photo URL via Firebase Authentication.
Chat Messages: Any text you type in our real‑time chat (via Firestore) is stored under your user ID.
User Reports / Blocks: If you report or block another user, we store the reported/blocked user ID, your UID, an optional reason, and a timestamp.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information
Device & Usage: IP address, OS version, app usage metrics (pages/screens you visit, time spent).
Analytics & Crash Data: Collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to help us improve stability and performance.
Push Notification Tokens: Collected by OneSignal (or similar) to deliver notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
Authentication & Profile: To identify you, personalize your experience, and show your avatar/name.
Chat & Social Features: To send, receive, and display messages and manage follows, reports, and blocks.
Analytics & Crash Reporting: To monitor app performance, understand feature usage, and fix bugs.
Notifications: To send you goal alerts, chat mentions, or marketing updates (with your consent).
Support & Communication: To respond to your questions or requests, including account deletion.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
Service Providers: We share only aggregated or anonymized data with third‑party analytics, ad, and crash‑reporting services.
Required by Law: We may disclose data if required by law (e.g. subpoena), or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Admin Access: Only authorized admin UIDs can read “reports” in Firestore; chat data is only readable by authenticated users in their sessions.
4. Data Retention
User‑Provided Data: We keep your profile, chat messages, reports, and blocks until you delete your account or we remove it upon request.
Automatically Collected: Analytics and crash logs are retained according to Firebase defaults (typically 14–26 months).

5. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you learn we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Security
We employ industry‑standard safeguards (encryption in transit, Firebase security rules, limited admin access) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.
7. Your Choices
Privacy Policy & Terms: You must accept our Terms & Conditions to use the app.
Uninstall: You can stop data collection at any time by uninstalling the app.
Delete Account: Within the app’s Settings or by contacting us, you can permanently delete your account and data.
Opt‑Out: You can opt out of marketing emails by unsubscribing via the link in any email we send.
