Live Football Today Matches (“Application”) is provided “AS IS” by GrimcoApps Skyone (“Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Information You Provide
Google Account Info: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google user ID, display name, email address, and profile photo URL through Firebase Authentication.
FanZone Posts, Comments & Replies: When you create posts, comment, or reply within FanZone, this content (text only) is stored in our Firestore database under your user ID.
Likes & Reactions: When you like a post or comment, we store the liked item ID and your user ID.
Followers / Following: When you follow another user, we store both user IDs to maintain your social connections.
User Reports / Blocks: If you report or block another user, we store the reported/blocked user ID, your user ID, the reason (if provided), and a timestamp.
Support Messages: When you contact us for help or deletion requests, we receive the email address and message you provide.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information
Device & Usage Data: Includes IP address, OS version, device model, app version, screen visits, and session duration.
Analytics & Crash Data: Collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to help improve performance and fix issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
Authentication & Profile: To identify you in the app, show your name and photo, and personalize your experience.
FanZone Social Features: To publish and display posts, comments, replies, likes, followers/following lists, and notifications for user interactions.
Community Safety: To allow users to report or block inappropriate content or accounts.
Analytics & Crash Reporting: To monitor app performance, analyze engagement, and fix bugs.
Support & Requests: To respond to inquiries, manage account deletions, and ensure user support.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
Service Providers: We share aggregated or anonymized data (not personal details) with Firebase for analytics and crash-reporting services.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or other users.
Admin Access: Only authorized admin accounts can view user reports; FanZone data (posts, comments, likes, etc.) is only visible to authenticated users according to app logic.
4. Data Retention
User Data: Your profile, FanZone posts, comments, replies, likes, followers/following, and reports remain until you delete your account or request deletion.
Analytics & Logs: Automatically collected data is retained according to Firebase’s standard retention (typically 14–26 months).
Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, all personal data, posts, comments, likes, followers/following, and reports are permanently removed. Only anonymized logs may remain for up to 90 days.

5. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe such data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Security
We use industry-standard protections such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), Firebase Security Rules, and limited admin access.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare to secure and optimize the delivery of our backend services. Cloudflare may temporarily process technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and performance purposes. See their policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
7. Your Choices
Privacy & Terms: You must accept our Terms & Conditions to use the app.
Uninstall: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app.
Delete Account: You can permanently delete your FanZone account and data via in-app settings or by contacting us.
Notifications: You can disable in-app notifications anytime through your device settings.
Marketing Emails: You may unsubscribe at any time via links in our emails.
8. Third-Party Services
This app uses the following third-party providers (each with its own privacy policy):

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above and post the revised version in the app.
